Joey was awarded a Graduate Award in Brain Science by the Carney Institute for his research on the role of emotions in decision-making. The Graduate Awards "recognize early career scientists who have made outstanding achievements as graduate students and have demonstrated strong potential for successful lifelong scientific careers."
